The First Phase of Clean & Sober Living
Phase I is a room and board environment that is governed “by the peers, for the peers.” Each house has a senior resident who is a house manager. Residents enter into an agreement to live in a semi-restrictive environment, with accountability. After they successfully live in Phase I for a minimum of 30 days they qualify for Phase II. The environment is excellent for those attending outpatient programs and/or for those who are becoming familiar with 12 Step programs after completing a residential treatment program. The resident has the freedom to put their life together and not be locked down.

| The Contract: Residents enter into a contract agreeing not to drink or use while living at a Clean & Sober Transitional Living. Relapse, acts of violence, sexual misconduct and immoral behavior are reasons for immediate termination. Random drug and alcohol tests are administered. All residents are expected to be employed or seeking employment and maintaining a lifestyle that is conducive to recovery. |

| The main house (one of six) is for men only. This is the nucleus of Clean & Sober Transitional Living. It is an excellent 12 bedroom house with a recreation room and also is the location of our office. |

| Men are not allowed on the property to insure the integrity of the house for the women. Women are allowed in the main house and men and women attend all functions together. |
