The Second Phase of Clean & Sober Living
Phase II is less restrictive and looks like college roommates living together. Phase II is available for those who have proven themselves in the phase I and wish to continue to stay in a clean and sober environment. Rents in Phase II, which includes furnishings and utilities run about one-third of what one bedroom apartment rents for in the area. Most rooms are private and the houses are roomy and comfortable. No “stacking and racking” here! In Phase II residents may continue on with the lifestyle and support system that were acquired during their stay in Phase I. Many stay for years.
Key Benefits
| The Contract: Residents enter into a contract agreeing not to drink or use while living at a Clean & Sober Transitional Living. Relapse, acts of violence, sexual misconduct and immoral behavior are reasons for immediate termination. Random drug and alcohol tests are administered. All residents are expected to be employed or seeking employment and maintaining a lifestyle that is conducive to recovery. |

| The main house (one of six) is for men only. This is the nucleus of Clean & Sober Transitional Living. It is an excellent 12 bedroom house with a recreation room and also is the location of our office. |

| Men are not allowed on the property to insure the integrity of the house for the women. Women are allowed in the main house and men and women attend all functions together. |
